salmonLight Salmon Steaks – This fabulous, speedy, recipe for salmon steaks is broiled in only 10 Minutes! A perfect busy, weeknight meal, that is also healthy. Thick, meaty salmon steaks are marinated in a mouth watering mix of garlic, lime juice, and cilantro, and then broiled in the oven, or BBQ cooked, if weather allows. Fresh and light, this quick, easy seafood recipe will soon be a favorite of the families!

Prep Time: 10-15 mins
Cook Time: 7-10 mins
Servings: 4
Main Ingredient: Salmon Steak
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Light Salmon Steaks

1/2 c Cilantro leaves,finely chopped
1 Garlic clove,lg,fine chopped
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
4 Salmon steaks,3/4 inch thick

Directions to make Light Salmon Steaks

Step 1:Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes
Step 2:Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade
Step 3:Broil 6 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through
