Ingredients:
2 v.
Salmon
2 TB.
Vinegar
1 / 2 c..
Salt
1 / 8 tsp.
Pepper
1 Tb.
Gelatin
1-1/2 boiling water
Procedures:
First get rid of the skin and bones of the salmon when it is taken from the can and chewed it thoroughly with a fork. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Prepare the gelatine by dissolving it in boiling water. Add the seasoned salmon to the prepared gelatin. With cold water, wet a mold shaped ring having an open space in the center. Add the salmon and gelatin mixture in pan and let stand until it solidifies. Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves on a chop plate, turn the mold on this subject, and fill the center with dressing. Serve immediately. Sufficient to serve six years.
